To that end, the DNSA’s committee and members was seeking a relevant, in-depth and effective fund their social campaigns to help people across globe, especially in third world country.

Challenge

As President at DNSA, Pandey’s task was to provide social works to communities in a huge scale.

“Our aim was that every member at DNSA involve more with the community and get to actively participate in social works in order to better the society, instead of having to worry about raising donations to fund social campaigns.”

But not only does the DNSA have many members, it is also spread all over the world. Rajan Gauli is an Advisor at DNSA. For him, it was clear that a digital presence was needed if DNSA was to provide social works on a large scale.

“DNSA is a large global organization. In order to reach all of the people in need within the different communities, what better way to do it than having a strong website and social channels? And it will be place where all doners can not interact with the company but also contribute.”

Solution

Takeo realized early on that DNSA is a company that wants to set the pace, not just keep up with it. They didn’t just want a system and website for donations, they also wanted to reach communities across the globe, a platform to interact with their members as well as enable their members to capitalize these systems.

“I had the greatest degree of confidence in the Takeo, both in terms of quality of content and their global certification standard, which we could apply across all of our markets,” stated Pandey

Fortunately, DNSA already had basic but organized services with another company for their IT. Having this meant that DNSA’s staff was aware of systems needed to run the company. The next step was to implement a single system to fulfill all requirements of the company for operations and give them the ability to raise capital to fund their social campaign.

To get DNSA started, Takeo began by carefully picking platforms and systems relavent to DNSAand their staff. They then agreed a system architecture and services that Takeo would provide.

Results

The Takeo team then worked with DNSA to integrate core website on Microsoft Azure, modules and content which made it easier for their staffs and members to collaborate with doners. The website and systems is now being used by DNSA and is actively funding many social works campaigns across the world.

A launch was also successfully supported by a range of creative promotions and newsletters and helped generate awareness and enthusiasm for the social campaigns. Today, Takeo continues to work with DNSA to reach more donors and to realize their full digital potential.
